Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of innovative compliance processes, the full-time Senior Ethics & Compliance Strategic Program Manager will focus on enhancing organizational risk management through process optimization and technology enablement, working flexibly or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop core Ethics & Compliance program processes to translate compliance requirements into scalable workflows
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify compliance challenges and facilitate integration with business operations
- Lead the automation of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools and AI functionality to improve efficiency and visibility
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Foundational knowledge of compliance topics such as anti-corruption, trade compliance, and data privacy
- Experience in process design, business process optimization, or workflow automation
- Proven ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
