Senior Compliance Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of innovative compliance processes, the full-time Senior Ethics & Compliance Strategic Program Manager will focus on ABAC & Export Compliance, utilizing technology and cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational risk management in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Ethics & Compliance program processes to enhance risk management
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to address compliance challenges and integrate solutions across teams
- Lead the automation of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools and AI to improve efficiency and visibility
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Foundational knowledge of compliance topics such as anti-corruption, Trade Compliance, and data privacy
- Experience in process design, business process optimization, or workflow automation
- Proven ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
