Senior Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

To promote a culture of integrity, the full-time Senior Compliance Program Manager will lead complex investigations into ethical violations and compliance issues while providing expert guidance to senior management, with a preference for candidates based in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and conflicts of interest
• Review and address gifts, entertainment, and conflict of interest disclosures from colleagues
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and contribute to the development of ethics and compliance training programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Typically 5+ years in corporate ethics and compliance investigations and program support
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to corporate governance and compliance
• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Leading Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC) preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently on complex investigations
