Senior Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of innovative compliance processes, the full-time Senior Ethics & Compliance Strategic Program Manager will focus on transforming compliance controls related to ABAC and Export Compliance, collaborating with subject matter experts and leveraging technology to enhance organizational risk management in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Ethics & Compliance program processes that enhance risk management
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to address compliance challenges and facilitate integration with business operations
• Lead the automation of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools and AI functionalities to improve efficiency and visibility

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Foundational knowledge of compliance topics such as anti-corruption, trade compliance, and data privacy
• Experience in process design, business process optimization, or workflow automation
• Proven ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
