Senior Compliance Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Senior Compliance Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and analytical roles across compliance, risk, and data governance functions, working remotely or from designated locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles in Risk Strategy, Compliance Data Modeling, Analytics, and Information Security
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build relationships with candidates to communicate their potential impact
• Partner with hiring managers to define success and design effective interview processes for specialized roles

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 5+ years in a talent, people, or HR-equivalent function
• Track record of hiring for technical or quantitative roles in compliance analytics, data science, or information security
• Direct experience recruiting for compliance and risk teams within fintech or financial services
• Strong sourcing and networking skills for specialized hiring needs
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
