Senior Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
Advising on compliance with U.S. federal award requirements, the part-time Senior Compliance Specialist will monitor organizational adherence to regulations, support agreement management, and enhance compliance policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on and analyze donor compliance requirements to establish adherence practices and policies
- Serve as the primary compliance resource for the Global Programs unit, providing guidance on compliance issues
- Support the management of compliance-related documents and internal audit resolutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- At least seven years of relevant experience in federal grants/contracts management
- Prior experience with U.S. Department of State award requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting U.S. government donor regulations
- Working knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and related federal award implementation regulations
