Senior Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from day one, the full-time Senior Compliance Specialist will manage licensing and product compliance across markets, collaborating with Legal, Product, Platform, and Tech teams to translate regulations into practical solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the process of obtaining and maintaining B2B and B2C gambling licenses across relevant markets
- Oversee compliance requirements from initial concept through implementation and post-launch
- Support new market launches by assessing regulatory requirements and defining the compliance scope
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or legal roles within the iGaming/gambling industry
- Master's degree in Law
- Strong understanding of gambling regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling principles
- Hands-on experience with gambling license applications and regulatory submissions
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian and strong English, both written and spoken
