Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Computer Specialist will diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues while supporting system upgrades and maintaining IT reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software, and network issues for servers, applications, and end-user systems
- Installs, configures, and maintains system software and updates while supporting technology rollouts
- Writes scripts to automate routine technical tasks and develops technical documentation and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of IT systems or technical support experience
- Experience with Windows and Linux or UNIX environments
- Working knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and system security basics
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, shell, or Python
