Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage cloud migration, develop software configuration management tools, and ensure compliance with software quality standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and develop configuration management tools
- Perform release engineering tasks and ensure compliant build and deployment processes
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years with equivalent education
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and scripting for automation
- Experience in large, regulated enterprises or federal environments
