Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration tools, oversee cloud migration, and ensure compliance with software quality standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and manage software configuration management tools
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document software product parameters and ensure compliance
- Design and implement build procedures while training developers on configuration management tools and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within regulated environments
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and source control systems, including Git and Azure DevOps
- Experience with scripting for automation using languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
