Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, oversee cloud migration, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and maintain software configuration management tools
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document and ensure compliance of software products
- Design and automate productivity tools to enhance software modeling and development processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated environments
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and source control systems
- Experience with scripting for automation using languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
