Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time remote Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, oversee cloud migration, and ensure compliance with software quality standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support VA applications and lead the migration to cloud environments
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for internal and external software products
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and implement software quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated environments
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and source control systems
- Experience with scripting for automation using languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
