Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage cloud migration, develop software configuration management tools, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and develop configuration management tools
- Perform release engineering tasks and ensure documentation of software product parameters
- Train developers on configuration management tools and implement software quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within regulated environments
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and source control systems
- Experience with scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
