Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, oversee cloud migration, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support VA applications and lead the migration to the cloud
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for internal and COTS software products
- Train software developers in configuration management tools and software quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of experience may substitute for education
- Deep expertise in software configuration management and release engineering
- Experience with CI/CD tools and scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
