Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, lead cloud migration efforts, and ensure compliance with build and deployment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support both internally developed and COTS software products
- Design, implement, and automate build procedures for software product development
- Provide technical guidance and train software developers in configuration management best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software configuration management and release engineering
- Experience with CI/CD tools and source control systems
- Deep expertise in scripting for automation using languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
