Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications and lead cloud migration efforts, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will develop and maintain software configuration management tools, ensure compliant build processes, and provide technical guidance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support VA applications and spearhead the migration to the cloud
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for both internal and external software products
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated environments
- Deep expertise with source control systems and CI/CD tools
- Experience with scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
