Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time remote Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, oversee cloud migration efforts, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and manage software configuration management tools
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document and ensure compliance of software products
- Design and implement build procedures, and provide training and technical guidance to software developers on configuration management best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated environments
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, source control systems, and scripting for automation
- Knowledge of software quality standards and governance frameworks
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
