Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, lead cloud migration efforts, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and manage software configuration management tools
- Design and implement build procedures and develop software configuration standards for company-wide use
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and provide technical guidance on complex problems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated enterprises
- Deep expertise with source control systems and CI/CD tools
- Experience with scripting for automation using languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
