Senior Configuration Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working onsite with location flexibility, the full-time Senior Configuration Management Specialist will independently execute and coordinate configuration management across assigned programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day configuration management execution for assigned programs, ensuring compliance with industry requirements
• Develop and maintain configuration management plans, procedures, and lifecycle records under enterprise governance
• Support and facilitate Configuration Control Boards, including preparation and coordination of change documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, information management, business, or a related discipline, with at least five years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in configuration identification, change control, and baseline management
• Experience in supporting complex product development in aerospace, defense, or regulated environments
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and product lifecycle records
• Ability to evaluate change packages for cross-functional impact across various departments
