Senior Construction Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of complex telecommunications network infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior Construction Engineer will manage project planning, execution, and operational handoff while working remotely from the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review comprehensive project plans, including delivery phases, resource requirements, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams through project planning and execution, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate customer and operational handoffs for successful network deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of Outside Plant engineering standards and telecommunications construction methods
• Experience with aerial and underground telecommunications construction throughout the project life cycle
• Proven ability to lead vendors, contractors, or cross-functional project teams
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, along with experience using mapping applications
