Job Summary
Leading high-impact energy projects, the remote Senior Construction Manager will oversee construction monitoring, compliance, and project budgets while ensuring adherence to regulatory processes related to coal-to-gas conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide desktop and onsite construction monitoring and client advisory oversight across South Carolina thermal projects
- Review contractor work plans, field reports, and overall construction quality for compliance
- Monitor project budgets, evaluate change orders, and prepare Independent Engineer progress reports and certifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience
- Deep technical expertise in coal-to-gas plant conversions and environmental permitting
- Experience with regulatory processes including PUC filings, FERC, and NRC requirements
- Prior consulting experience preferred
