Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of large-scale fiber optic projects, the full-time Senior Construction Manager will manage field operations, oversee Construction Managers, and ensure high-quality delivery while adhering to safety and budgetary requirements in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coach Construction Managers and field leadership to establish consistent operational expectations and resolve field obstacles
• Oversee project execution against specifications, integrating operational plans and coordinating handoffs between various project phases
• Champion safety initiatives and verify compliance with safety standards and practices across all projects

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in a related field preferred, bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications or fiber optic construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in delivering large, complex data center projects and managing multiple teams or projects simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge of fiber construction, splicing, testing, and technical standards
• Valid driver's license and OSHA 30 Construction certification required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain
