Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Leading complex analytical and delivery work across Federal transformation engagements, the full-time remote Senior Consultant will frame problems, design work approaches, facilitate stakeholders, and develop client-ready deliverables while integrating evidence and recommendations.

Key responsibilities:

• Own complex work packages or major deliverable components from planning through client acceptance
• Translate ambiguous client questions into structured analyses, workplans, and decision points
• Draft and brief client-ready reports, roadmaps, and implementation plans while managing risks and scope

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience; advanced degree or relevant certification welcomed
• Typically 6-10 years of progressively responsible consulting, Federal delivery, or transformation experience
• Demonstrated ownership of complex deliverables and stakeholder sessions
• Strong facilitation and analytical writing skills
• Experience coaching or coordinating junior team members and collaborating across functional disciplines
