Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the remote Senior Consultant will lead requirements elicitation activities, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and translate business needs into implementation-ready artifacts while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews with customer stakeholders
• Document and validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Perform system configuration aligned with approved requirements and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation within complex implementation projects
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software solutions based on discovery requirements
• Experience developing and using business process flows for stakeholder alignment
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
• Experience documenting requirements using industry-standard techniques such as process modeling and user stories
