Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Consultant will provide Application Management and Maintenance for OpenText customers globally, focusing on troubleshooting incidents, developing fixes for customizations, and performing deployments and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot incidents and find resolutions or workarounds
- Design, develop, and test fixes for problems related to customizations of OpenText products
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor OpenText products in various environments
Required qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of experience supporting OpenText Captiva, including development and maintenance of customizations
- Strong technical knowledge of Captiva architecture, customizations, and capture flow development
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux and/or Windows
- Experience with database management, particularly MSSQL and Oracle
- Knowledge of performance tuning techniques and patching processes
