Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance to healthcare organizations, the full-time Senior Consultant will manage contracts, optimize reimbursement processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executed managed care contracts from system entry through to rebate validations and payments
- Perform detailed analysis and validation of rebate claim data to adjudicate managed care rebates accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address needs and clarify contract requirements with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managed care consulting, healthcare finance, or payer contracting
- At least 2 years of experience in managed care contract negotiation with a focus on improved financial performance
