Senior Consultant, Change Management

Job Summary

Leading high-impact transformations, the full-time Senior Consultant, Change Management will engage with client project teams remotely to apply structured change management methodologies, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and develop training programs that support the adoption of new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodologies to design tailored strategies for AI and Workspace transformations
• Engage and coach senior leaders on change leadership roles while managing resistance and building change champion networks
• Develop persona-based learning journeys and facilitate workshops to enhance competency in agentic solutions

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting focused on enterprise-scale technology programs
• Proficiency with change management frameworks, with Prosci (ADKAR) certification strongly preferred
• Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs, particularly with Google Workspace or Google Cloud
• Exceptional skills in crafting narratives and presenting to diverse audiences, from end users to C-suite executives
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
