Senior Consultant, Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Leading project delivery for clinical development and operations consulting engagements, the full-time Senior Consultant, Clinical Operations will manage clinical trial design, vendor oversight, and development planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements from kickoff to delivery by translating client objectives into actionable workplans and ensuring timely execution
• Integrate multiple workstreams into cohesive, decision-ready outputs by synthesizing findings and aligning deliverables with client needs
• Oversee project budgets and scope to ensure profitable delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and managing expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, public health, or epidemiology
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting or within pharma/biotech environments
• Proven ability to lead projects and ensure quality control across deliverables
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capability to coach others in structured problem solving
• Demonstrated experience in managing mid-level client relationships and overseeing project budgets
