Senior Consultant, Design Management

Job Summary

Managing design projects for new and existing construction builds, the full-time Senior Consultant, Design Management will support project managers in coordinating and administering all phases of design and construction while ensuring high-level client service delivery, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager(s) in managing project phases, ensuring effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders, while utilizing project management software
• Manage external design consultants and communicate design standards to project partners throughout the construction process

Required qualifications

• College Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• Experience in Project Management on large-scale construction programs
• Background in Design/Architecture/Civil works
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite
• Strong presentation skills and effectiveness in client-facing roles
