Job Summary
To support a dynamic Employee Central team, the fully remote Senior Consultant, Employee Central will lead projects in requirements definition, business process improvement, and provide consulting services on HCM best practices while managing multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects in requirements definition, business process improvement, quality assurance, and application configuration
- Provide consulting services to global organizations in HCM best practices and assist clients in migrating to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
- Conduct design workshops and ensure high-quality solutions through system configuration that meet business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Employee Central certification plus additional certifications in Onboarding, EC Time, or EC Benefits
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as the lead consultant in SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience with data models/templates and knowledge of XML
- Hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows
- Strong best practice consulting skills in SAP/SuccessFactors
