Job Summary
Supporting the successful implementation and optimization of construction-focused ERP solutions, the full-time Senior Consultant, ERP Services Delivery will collaborate with clients and internal teams on project planning, system configuration, training, and post-implementation support in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing client business needs and translating them into ERP system configurations and workflows
- Support project planning activities, including documentation, scheduling, and task tracking
- Provide hands-on training and support to client teams during and after implementation
Required qualifications
- 4 years or more of experience in ERP or software consulting, customer support, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles (payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL)
- Exposure to construction project management processes
- Experience with Trimble Construction One (Viewpoint/Vista) or similar ERP systems
