Senior Consultant - HEOR Modeling

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Consultant - HEOR Modeling, the successful candidate will work remotely to lead complex workstreams, develop strategic recommendations, and mentor junior staff while contributing to business development in the healthcare consulting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, statements of work, and study protocols/statistical analysis plans using statistical, epidemiological, and econometric expertise
• Perform descriptive and advanced statistical analyses on large patient and claims databases for health outcomes research projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and independently manage workflow throughout research processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in epidemiology, data science, health economics, health policy, pharmacy administration, statistics, or a related discipline (MA/MS or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical/device industry
• Experience presenting research results at scientific conferences and a record of peer-reviewed publications
• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning and decision-making skills, with a commitment to meeting goals and deadlines
