Senior Consultant, Human Resources
Job Summary
To support client HR functions, the full-time Senior Consultant, Human Resources will develop and provide HR solutions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration while collaborating with the Human Resources Outsourcing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with management to enhance service offerings and client support
- Administers employee benefit programs and optimizes HRIS systems and processes
- Develops and supports performance management processes and HR documentation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources or organizational development
- Experience in a consulting or HR Business Partner role
- Familiarity with various HRIS platforms such as iSolved, ADP, or Paylocity
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar preferred
