Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Vended Application Senior Consultant I - Zscaler will serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise security platforms, focusing on Zscaler technologies to configure, support, and optimize secure cloud-delivered security solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Zscaler platforms including ZIA, ZPA, and related security services
- Partner with network, security, cloud, identity, and application teams to implement solutions that meet business and security requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access, application connectivity, and performance issues
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience supporting enterprise security technologies
- Experience administering or supporting Zscaler solutions within a large enterprise environment
- Familiarity with cloud-delivered security platforms and Zero Trust solutions
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and authentication issues
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and automation scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
