Job Summary
Focusing on Zscaler technologies, the fully remote Senior Consultant II - Zscaler will administer, configure, and optimize cloud-delivered security services to ensure secure access to applications and data while collaborating with various teams to meet business and security requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Zscaler platforms including ZIA and ZPA
- Partner with network, security, cloud, identity, and application teams to implement security solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access, application connectivity, and performance issues
Required qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience supporting enterprise security technologies
- Experience administering or supporting Zscaler solutions in a large enterprise environment
- Familiarity with cloud-delivered security platforms and Zero Trust solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or Okta
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
