Senior Consultant Red Team Operator

Job Summary

To enhance red team capabilities, the full-time Senior Consultant Red Team Operator will deliver complex red team, purple team, and adversary emulation engagements, working closely with clients to define attack objectives and execute authorized offensive security activities across various environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver red team, purple team, assumed-breach, and adversary emulation engagements for clients across multiple sectors
• Execute hands-on offensive activities including Active Directory exploitation, credential access, and privilege escalation
• Produce clear, evidence-based reporting that outlines attack paths, business impact, and prioritized remediation actions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in offensive cybersecurity with experience in red team, purple team, or adversary emulation engagements
• Strong experience with Windows enterprise environments and Active Directory exploitation
• Proficiency in social engineering techniques to support red team operations
• Experience with command-and-control frameworks such as Mythic or Cobalt Strike
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or C# for offensive security objectives
