Senior Consultant, Technical Sales Support

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Consultant, Technical Sales Support will provide technical expertise and sales support during the sales process, influencing customer decisions and facilitating the implementation of logistics management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Presenting to and influencing C-Suite healthcare executives while facilitating meetings and technology demonstrations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage customer needs and support the deal process, including contracting and implementation
• Utilizing advanced project management skills to create and lead implementation plans for new customers of logistics management technology

Required qualifications

• BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in program management, particularly within large pharmacy operations or technology sectors
• Advanced facilitation skills for strategy and roadmap creation
• Strong technical aptitude in logistics and pharmacy management systems
• Ability to manage a variety of projects with varying size, scope, and complexity
