Senior Consulting Alliances Manager
Job Summary
Building a focused portfolio of consulting alliances, the full-time Senior Consulting Alliances Manager will manage partner strategy, joint business planning, and solution development in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess market whitespace and prioritize consulting partners to build executive-level recruitment cases and negotiate commitments
- Create annual partner plans with target accounts, use cases, offerings, and pipeline goals while ensuring mutual benefits
- Develop joint offerings with partners and collaborate with internal teams to package solutions for supply-chain transformation and compliance
Required qualifications:
- Eight or more years in strategic alliances, partner business development, or enterprise software sales with experience in consulting/SI relationships
- Proven track record of creating partner-sourced or partner-influenced enterprise pipeline and revenue
- Experience in building joint offerings and mobilizing partner teams beyond just negotiating agreements
- Working knowledge of aerospace and defense, Federal, manufacturing, or cybersecurity industries
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, with the ability to travel as needed
