Senior Consulting Engineer
Job Summary
Providing consultative support to enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Consulting Engineer will engage in hands-on engineering, project consulting, and high-tier support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a team member on customer projects, focusing on design, architecture, integration, and implementation
- Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users, assisting with implementation and onboarding
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to product roadmaps and account plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Account Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management roles
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience with scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database management systems
- Technical expertise in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, and distributed systems software engineering
- Experience leading large scope technical projects in collaboration with multiple engineers
- Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure services
