Leading complex mainframe modernization programs using cloud-native technologies and generative AI, the full-time Senior Consulting Manager will collaborate with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to assess legacy environments, define modernization strategies, and oversee implementation in a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mainframe modernization engagements, including assessment, migration planning, and stabilization
- Architect modernization solutions and transformation roadmaps utilizing AI-enabled analysis and estimation
- Embed generative AI into the modernization lifecycle, enhancing code comprehension and automated processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, and DB2
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end mainframe transformation programs
- Experience applying generative AI technologies to mainframe modernization
- Strong knowledge of modernization and cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure
- Excellent consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
