Seeking a full-time Senior Container Security Engineer, the successful candidate will enhance container security across cloud and on-premises environments, manage vulnerability scanning tools, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement security best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Operating and improving container image scanning and SBOM tooling within CI/CD pipelines
- Developing container security baselines and best practices in alignment with industry standards
- Building secure-by-default solutions and automating vulnerability triage using AI tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years focused on container security or DevSecOps
- Hands-on experience with container vulnerability scanning tools and SBOM formats
- Expertise in securing GCP and AWS container environments
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data pipeline management
