Owning Spekit's content strategy, the full-time Senior Content & Communications Manager will develop compelling narratives and thought leadership while managing social presence and PR efforts in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute content strategy across the buyer and customer journey, aligning with personas and funnel stages
- Produce high-impact content such as research reports, guides, and customer stories, leveraging AI tools for efficiency
- Manage social media strategy and PR initiatives, including community engagement and media relationships
Required qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in content marketing or communications within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven portfolio of thought leadership and storytelling
- Hands-on experience with PR and earned media
- Fluency with AI tools for content creation and editing
- Experience in managing agencies and freelancers effectively
