Senior Content Creator

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of Greenlight's organic social and influencer programs, the full-time Senior Content Creator will create original social-first content, monitor trends, and manage a multi-channel content calendar, all while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post original content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop and execute the social content strategy, including audience targeting and growth metrics
• Manage the influencer and creator program, including sourcing and content approval

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in social media with a strong portfolio or reel
• Proven track record of organic account growth and familiarity with TikTok and Instagram algorithms
• Comfortable on camera and skilled in video production and editing
• Experience building and managing influencer or creator programs
• Ability to quickly react to cultural trends and create timely content
