Senior Content Designer

Job Summary

Joining a tight-knit team of senior designers, the full-time remote Senior Content Designer will drive content-led initiatives for Home Lending, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create clear and engaging product experiences that resonate with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product design, user research, product management, and engineering to address complex challenges and enhance product experiences
• Define and execute content design strategies that align with product and company goals, ensuring clarity and emotional connection in client communications
• Partner with the creative brand team to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across product experiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company, preferably in financial technology
• A portfolio showcasing a range of content types, demonstrating the impact of clear communication on product experiences
• Experience managing multiple projects across teams and navigating ambiguity to influence user experience
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices for mobile and web applications
• Passion for fintech and a genuine interest in understanding client behavior and needs
