Senior Content Engineer

Job Summary

Building automation and AI-ready infrastructure, the full-time Senior Content Engineer will collaborate on knowledge architecture, manage docs-as-code pipelines, and automate content lifecycles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with documentation leads to refine content models and AI-readiness patterns
• Build and manage docs-as-code pipelines, including Git authoring and CI/CD builds
• Automate the content lifecycle using LLMs and scripting to ensure accuracy and freshness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in technical writing or developer documentation
• Hands-on experience with docs-as-code tools such as Git, Markdown, and static site generators
• Proficiency in Python or similar for automating content tasks and integrating with APIs
• Practical experience applying LLMs to content workflows and understanding AI trustworthiness
• Strong skills in information architecture, including content modeling and taxonomy
