Job Summary

Leading the content strategy for membership engagement and retention, the full-time Senior Content Manager will develop, produce, and manage member-focused content across various channels, while working remotely or onsite in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to support membership acquisition and retention
• Create, edit, and manage content across digital, print, video, and community platforms
• Lead and mentor content staff and contributors, ensuring alignment with editorial standards and organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in content strategy, editorial management, or related fields
• Proven experience developing multi-channel content strategies that enhance audience engagement
• Experience leading content teams and managing cross-functional contributors
• Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics for content effectiveness
