Job Summary

As a Senior Content Producer on the Multimedia Growth team, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end workflow of multimedia content, transforming founder stories and expert insights into engaging episodes and clips that drive audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the prep-to-publish workflow for multimedia content, ensuring quality and alignment with growth goals
• Manage on-set production, collaborating with hosts, guests, and producers to maintain narrative focus
• Build and maintain a robust guest pipeline, leveraging data to source compelling stories that resonate with the audience

Required Qualifications:

• Significant experience in producing growth-oriented storytelling for video and audio formats
• Fluency in organic growth metrics and understanding of how creative decisions impact audience engagement
• Proven ability to extract compelling narratives from subjects and translate them into structured interviews
• Excellent editorial judgment, with a knack for identifying emotional hooks and practical takeaways
• Experience influencing outcomes on set and providing clear direction to creative teams
