Senior Content Strategist

Job Summary

Owning the content strategy for client projects, the full-time Senior Content Strategist will create and manage website content for credit union clients, build processes and standards for content delivery, and oversee a team of freelance contractors in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategy for client websites, ensuring alignment with brand voice and UX writing standards
• Source, onboard, and manage freelance content contractors, maintaining quality control and overseeing the QA process for deliverables
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to integrate content design into the overall UX project workflow

Required qualifications:

• Experience leading a content or creative function, including managing writers or contractors
• Strong writing and editing background with a focus on strategic content creation
• Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Proficient project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and timelines
• Familiarity with the credit union industry or a strong desire to learn about it
