Senior Content Strategist

Job Summary

To support upcoming website and digital experience projects, the contract Senior Content Strategist will lead large-scale content audits and analysis, adapt tools for content delivery, and present strategic recommendations to clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale content audits, combining crawl data, analytics, SEO data, and qualitative review to recommend content improvements
• Analyze large content datasets to identify patterns and gaps, translating findings into prioritized recommendations
• Build or adapt tools and workflows for content analysis, ensuring outputs are accurate and well-documented for team use

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of content strategy experience, preferably at an agency or consultancy, with a portfolio of complex websites
• Experience assessing large websites and translating messy data into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, web analytics platforms, and SEO research tools
• Technical fluency with structured data and web fundamentals; familiarity with scripting or development skills is a plus
• Strong presentation design and storytelling skills, with a focus on clear documentation habits
