Job Summary

To elevate Grey's editorial standards, the full-time Senior Content Writer will produce high-quality thought leadership, brand storytelling, and long-form content while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact editorial work, prioritizing strategic pieces that define Grey's voice
• Co-own Grey's branded newsletter, overseeing editorial planning, drafting, and performance tracking
• Provide first-pass editorial review of contract writers' drafts and contribute to editorial planning and style guide maintenance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or brand communications
• A diverse portfolio showcasing various writing styles, including features, product landing pages, and newsletters
• Experience writing long-form SEO content from keyword briefs and understanding of digital audience engagement
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to identify compelling angles and ensure content accuracy
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote-first environments with distributed international teams
